Afghan Rise — by IMK Technologies

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Afghan Rise platform (operated by IMK Technologies), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Purpose of the Platform

Afghan Rise provides a secure waiting list for Afghan girls seeking educational support, a donation portal, and informational resources. The platform is intended for lawful, respectful, and humanitarian use only.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
  • Attempt to access admin areas, databases, or APIs without authorisation
  • Harass, exploit, or endanger any user — especially minors
  • Use the platform for any illegal activity or to compromise security
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute student data without written permission

4. Student Registration

Registrations on the waiting list do not guarantee placement in a programme. Submission creates no contractual obligation on either party until a formal offer is made by Afghan Rise.

5. Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions to support our mission. When payment processing is enabled, transactions are subject to the terms of the respective payment provider (Stripe or PayPal). Refund policies will be published when donations go live.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on this platform are owned by IMK Technologies unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or distribute our materials without permission.

7. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We strive for security and accuracy but cannot guarantee outcomes of educational programmes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IMK Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
